Tuning into any red carpet, you might notice dramatic looks on A-list celebs that translate into beautiful bridal fashion!  Just like the clothes you wear every day, bridal trends come and go – so why not be inspired by the best?  Celebrities are always on the cutting edge of the next “big thing” and at SPARKLE bridal couture, we’re bringing these glamorous looks to you for your Big Day!  Read on to see how you can get the look of these three unforgettable dresses in your very own SPARKLE gown.

1. The Textured Gown
Actress Kaley Cuoco wowed at the SAG Awards in this beautiful mint look by Romona Keveza.  The ever-flattering sweetheart neckline, delicate ruching and textured bottom create a dress that is both elegant and modern.  Slip on the SPARKLE Balmora gown and pair with a fully encrusted crystal belt, to make this romantic look all your own.

2. The Peplum Look
At the 2013 Academy Awards, Charlize Theron modeled a clean, architectural Dior peplum dress that is very on trend.  Remember when shopping for your wedding gown that YOU are the showstopper – select a style that allows your natural radiance to shine through!  Our SPARKLE gown is available in both full and cocktail lengths, so no matter what the formality of your event, we have the perfect fit for you.

3. The Voluminous Skirt
Arguably the best dressed (and definitely most buzzed about!) Jennifer Lawrence also selected a Christian Dior gown for this year’s Academy Awards.  Gorgeous in the simplicity of its design, this dress creates a dramatic look that stops just short of over-the-top.  Customize our “I Do!” Collection Cami gown to your unique preferences for the signature glamor, fit and comfort of our SPARKLE gowns.

Pantone Emerald“Lively. Radiant. Lush… A color of elegance and beauty that enhances our sense of well-being, balance and harmony.”

That’s how Pantone, the authority on color trends, describes Emerald, Color of the Year for 2013.  Is there a better color to incorporate into your upcoming wedding?!  Don’t be intimidated by this bright hue – there are plenty of ways to make a simple statement with accents of this rich green.

First, start with touches of emerald – the subtle use of a bold color creates feelings of excitement but won’t outshine you.   Emerald ribbon-wrapped bouquets, printed programs or aisle runners are great ways to work in the lush green
that won’t overwhelm your wedding.

Though emerald pairs beautifully with both ivory and white, try also to select another cool color (like a delicate light blue) to incorporate in flowers or other elements.  A lighter shade will soften the bright emerald – complimentary colors creating a beautiful background for your spring or summer wedding.

With your gown shopping complete, you’re ready to explore the exciting world of bridal jewelry and accessories!  There are countless options to choose from, but don’t be overwhelmed: at SPARKLE bridal couture we carry a carefully curated selection of heirloom quality pieces in gold and silver to finish off your beautiful wedding day look!  The key is to create a polished style that complements the feel of your gown.  In this month’s video tip, SPARKLE bridal couture Founder and Creative Director Sandra Gonzalez styles a gorgeous SPARKLE gown three ways: A glamorous evening look, a soft, romantic style and classic elegance – watch and learn!
