Each month we work with Wedding & Event Planners to produce inspiring window displays. We see the passion, detail and creativity each planner gives to their wedding clients and our project with amazing results. We filmed this mini-documentary to capture what it takes to produce our displays and give you a behind-the-scenes sneak peek of the efforts by those involved. For October 2013.  Celia Coughlin of Celia Rose Inc. took our Steampunk theme and ran with it! She created a gorgeous Steampunk themed display that captures the Victorian-era influence with modern machinery and uses the color of the moment – Oxblood. This theme could have easily gone overboard, but with Celia’s wedding and event planning expertise of offbeat and alternative weddings, she created an elegant, glamorous, yet mysterious setting, perfect for a Fall, October or Halloween themed weddings. She pulled in her resources of experts like Throne Invitations who custom designed the stationary, place cards and other paper products, Amber Gillespie’s Cake Creations made a Steampunk-themed cake complete with top-hat and gears, and Forever Vintage Rentals provided the Oxblood settee and other furnishings. We love being creative at SPARKLE and we love working with creative people. So every month at SPARKLE we team up with a talented wedding event planner to create a unique window display that gives our SPARKLE brides lots of wedding inspiration and decor ideas.  We always look forward to October because it gives us a chance to create fantasy and “dress-up.”  This month we were inspired by Fall’s color of the season, oxblood, and the Victorian-era fashion culture of Steampunk. Celia Coughlin of Celia Rose Inc. took our theme and taaadaaa…she created a gorgeous and elegant wedding decor display capturing the whimsy and mechanical charm of Steampunk.
